on the run from a seriously irritated group of faeries. The worst part? They have zero idea why they’re being hunted.
Suddenly, Kellen is stuck in the middle of another prophecy that
foresees him turning away from Calienta and embracing the dark. He’ll be forced
to take sides in a struggle to claim his birthright, while discovering secrets
about his father’s past. Meanwhile, his passion for Cali grows stronger, even
as the prophecy threatens to tear them apart.
In the end, will Kellen and
Cali survive the fates? When the ultimate power is within reach, which side
will he choose?
MY REVIEW
before beginning i would really love to thank the tour organiser for her support, my blogger was out of order and wasnt posting anything for 3 days almost till i actually got it fixed, and she was very supportive, thanks, good to have people who got your back even if you are in trouble.
The fallen stars is the second book in its series, and is a wonderful book. i have left the link to the first book down just after my review, or you can buy it from the amazon widget in the right hand side.
when i first laid eyes on the book, its synopsis that is, i felt it should be interesting. i mean its so eye catching and it would force you to want to read it and to be honest, i entered the book blinded of any thought in my mind, or even any expectations as i have NOT read the first book.
However, after entering, i lost my path as i dont know the real story and how it began and stuff, and for the first time in my life, i had to read spoilers, and ask my friends who have read the 1st book already to know the theme, and what is really happening. and that is when my actual journey began.
the writing style of the author is awesome, i was awed by the presentation of the book. by what i knew/ learned about the book from my "awkward for a bookworm" ways, i started expecting things, and some of them was fulfilled and some of them werent.
the book was great even without knowing the background of the characters, i found it very interesting and amusing, well, as per one of my friend's description about the book, i think the author did justice to the story, but i thoroughly wish i had read the first book, to enjoy the book even more!
lastly i would say, one must go for this book, its great! and please dont forget to read the first book, to enjoy it even more!
for the first book click here:
i rate the book: 4/5 points
and 4 flowers!
